RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have received defective/damaged items, or if your items don’t match your order, please send an email to tandem@clicknetwork.tv with RETURN REQUEST in the subject line, and the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Order number
  • Item
  • Reason for exchange/return

We will reply you on how to proceed. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY RETURNS UNTIL WE REPLY YOU.

We have a 14 day return/exchange policy, which means you have to email us within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so if you are shipping a higher value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Additional duties, taxes or any other additional charges will also not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed.

For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at tandem@clicknetwork.tv.

For exchanges, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
